I really hate when I have to pick a new winner because of something like this. It is so exciting to find out you have won a prize then find out you can't claim it (I know, unfortunately, I've been there too). I also know that in the midst of entering giveaways, it is easy to miss some of the requirements. I do include information on every giveaway about the restrictions on where the winner(s) must live. I include it right before (or after) the Rafflecopter form, as well as in the Rafflecopter form where it lists terms and conditions. If you are ever in doubt about whether you are eligible for a prize, please feel free to contact me either via email, on Twitter, or on Facebook.
Good luck in the next giveaway!
hi Ilissa, greetings from Slovakia! Just reading these words I want to thank you for rules whis are so obvious in case of your giveaway! I appreciate this a lot. As an international participant of giveaway I know how much time I loose every time while browsing other blogs for clear stated rules and in many cases I cant find any!!! This is frustrating and I hate that fact that many bloggers dont have any general rules and one must to contact each blogger personnally in try to find out who is eligible. I hate that. Another time loss... So thanks for that you can be example of "carying blogger".:-)) I wish you nice day and a lot of readers of your blog! Lubka K.
