Lately it seems like there have been tons of new and interesting fitness programs popping up everywhere. You may have heard of some like Zumba, Cardio Salsa, NIA, Pole dancing, Hoopilates, Jukari Fit to Fly, and the list continues... These exercise programs seems to have a couple of things in common: each incorporates fun with fitness! In addition to these programs, I recently heard about another interesting fitness that offers these same aspects; a program called Pulse Yoga.

"As a woman in my 50's, I also wanted more toning, strengthening and increased muscle definition, again without using machines in the gym. So, in addition to the free weights, I added micro movements that primarily target areas such as the gluteus muscles, abdominals, upper arms and lower back. These micro movements within the yoga postures are highly effective with results that are noticeable immediately." (This information can also be located on Pulse Yoga's website).
Pulse Yoga currently offers 4 different DVDs and one book all ranging between $9.99 and $14.99. All of these products can be purchased on the Pulse Yoga website.
What can you win? One winner will receive a copy of the DVD: Pulse Yoga 1 Basic.
