Breakpal Giveaway!

Are you a busy parent with no extra time for exercise in your day? Or maybe, you don't have kids, but after working a long day, the last thing you want to do is exercise. Either way, I'm sure we could all appreciate a program that allowed us to get exercise while on the computer at home or at work. If someone told me that this was possible a few weeks ago, probably wouldn't believe them. But now, after hearing about a new website called Breakpal and seeing what it can offer, I have confidence that it is possible!

Breakpal is an innovative new program that allows you and motivates you to work out several times throughout your workday. Breakpal is a workplace wellness program. First of all, Breakpal helps you by reminding you to exercise. Once you download the Breakpal software on your computer, you can set a timer (every 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.) that will let you know when it is time to take a stretch or get up and do a few exercises. Each exercise takes 2-5 minutes and varies in difficulty from easy to hard. With Breakpal, you have a wide variety of exercises to choose from, such as stretches, Tai Chi, yoga, belly dancing and more! Plus, new exercises are added on a regular basis to keep your workouts new and exciting!

One of the neatest aspects of this program is the way it motivates you. Breakpal acts like a social networking type site by awarding you points. The more you work out, the more points you get. Then, you can compare yourself to other Breakpal members, which in turn, will encourage you to work out even more. You just never know...at the end of a long workday, you just may feel like adding in an evening walk or running off to the gym!

Finally, Breakpal is sure to increase your productivity, your motivation, and your exercise level, through a number of fun exercises! Just schedule 15 - 3 minute workouts each day for a cumulative total of 45 minutes of exercise. Who knew exercise could be so easy, fun, and done while sitting in front of your computer?

To give you a better idea of what Breakpal is all about, here are some examples of exercises you will learn with Breakpal:

Breakpal subscriptions can be purchased on the Breakpal website for $9.95 per month. But for a limited time only, head on over to Breakpal, sign up for an account and get a free trial subscription. Additional details can be found on the Breakpal website.

How many winners will there be? Five.

What can you win? Each winner will receive a full membership for Breakpal (non-expiring). Considering normally, you'd pay $9.95 per month for a membership, this prize is worth a whole lot! You can use it for a lifetime! How great is that?

  1. I love the idea that by doing small (tiny, really) workouts throughout the day, will actually make you want to go to the gym at the end of the day. That actually totally makes sense.

  2. I would definitely get the most use out of this at my home, seeing as where I spend 90% (if not more) of my time there. :)

  3. I love this fact, it suits me as I cant see me doing exercise for long stretches.

"Exercising for three minutes every thirty minutes for an eight hour work day will give you the same results as doing a forty five minute aerobics class, without driving to the gym."

  11. "One of the most unusual aspects of human nature is that we will do for others what we won't do for ourselves. This is why having a workout buddy is effective." This is SO true!

  23. I realize that I work out better/work out at all if I have a trainer, or someone else waiting for me, I just hadn't ever thought of it in terms of: "One of the most unusual aspects of human nature is that we will do for others what we won't do for ourselves." I would love to find that I have more motivation to work out for myself.

  25. I like that they offer exercises for any fitness level. After so many years of sedentary desk work, my greatest fear is that I won't be able to keep up and thus fall so far behind that I lose interest. Allowing me to choose what works for me and gradual build up is ideal!

  35. "Break Pal is successful because it utilizes the principle of Kaizen. It takes a great deal of motivation to go to the gym or for a jog. However a three minute exercise done right at your desk is easy to gear up for." Looks good! I'd love to try it!
