Review

When Debra contacted me about doing a review of Organically Happy and their products, I couldn’t wait to see first hand the types of product they offered. After looking through all of their products and reading about Organically Happy’s philosophy, I was impressed. First of all, I love that they take such care in selecting which products they sell. I love when a company cares so much about what their customers will take home and use themselves.

Debra offered to send me a jar of the Artistic AYA Organic Sugar Scrub in Sweet Coconut to try for myself. When I opened the jar, I immediately enjoyed the sweet smell of coconut – divine. This scrub is created with organic oils, coarse sugar, shavings of coconut, orange extracts and absolutely ZERO chemicals (exactly how organic products should be). The first time I used this scrub, I noticed that it felt different on my skin than most other scrubs I had tried in the past. This scrub was noticeably thicker than most scrubs on the market. This was thanks to the coarse sugar and coconut. For me, this was perfect. I personally find that the more coarse the scrub, the better job it does at exfoliating.

The next part of the test was to see how soft and greasy it left my skin. With many scrubs I have used in the past, I find that they leave an awful layer of oil on my skin, which leaves me feeling like I haven’t even taken a shower. I am happy to note, this scrub did not give me that feeling at all. I was very happy that after rinsing and drying off my skin, my skin felt nice and soft without that oily, greasy feeling.

The exfoliating and moisturizing qualities of this product, combined with the smell and it’s organic chemical-free composition makes the Artistic AYA Organic Sugar Scrub a wonderful choice for anyone!

What can you win? One winner will receive a jar of the Artistic AYA Organic Sugar Scrub in Sweet Coconut.
