KAThouse Design Review & Giveaway!

KAThouse design is a fabulous online jewelry store that sells something for almost everyone. At KAThouse design you will find necklaces, earrings, rings, strands, bracelets and even jewelry for men. Kathleen Fisher (owner of KAThouse design) started her business originally as a hobby 11 years ago. Kathleen Fisher enjoys being a silversmith and making jewelry because it allows her to express herself artistically and pass the time in a productive manner. Many of the items created by Kathleen come from personal tastes of the women in her life. Kathleen also enjoys teaching her passion to other people in the Los Angeles’ South bay area.

Review
Kathleen recently gave me the opportunity to try out one of her beautiful pieces of jewelry and share my experience with all of you. The piece of jewelry I had the chance to try out was the Linked hoop necklace. The Linked hoop necklace is made up of a 17 inch sterling silver chain necklace and a hand forged oxidized 2 inch hoop with a front link closure.

First of all, when I received this necklace, I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to think of it just because I usually don’t wear necklaces that are as large as this one. After I wore the Linked hoop necklace for a full day, I was extremely happy with the style of this necklace. This necklace completely changed my mind about larger necklaces. Even though this necklace is quite large (2 inches in diameter), because of it’s delicacy, the look of it is not harsh at all. This necklace really adds something special to your outfit. Also, because of the simplicity of this necklace, it can easily be worn casually or used to dress up an outfit. This necklace would be ideal work many different styled outfits.

As for the length of the necklace, I thought it was perfect. It sat at just the right spot: centered on my upper chest. The length of this necklace made it quite comfortable to wear, as well as easy to wear with a large variety of necklines.

Finally, one of my favorite aspects of this necklace was the large link front closure. Not only was the front closure functional but it really added an extra bit of style to the necklace. This front closure made the necklace extremely easy to put on and it stayed on for the entire day without any trouble. In addition, I think that the type of front closure used on the necklace was a brilliant idea. This front closure is unlike any other I have seen in the past; I really liked it!

In conclusion, I was pleasantly surprised with both the beauty and the functionality of this necklace. After having the opportunity to work with KAThouse designs, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future.
