[me] & goji Review!

When Mom Fuse contacted me about doing a review for a custom artisanal cereal company called [me] & goji, I jumped on the opportunity. [me] & goji is an amazing company that allows you to completely customize your own cereal with over thirty natural and organic ingredients. The goal of [me] & goji is to provide you with the healthiest choice of ingredients from around the world and allow you to come up with your own unique blend that will satisfy your personal taste. While satisfying your taste, [me] & goji allows you to completely customize your cereal to your nutrition needs. Finally, [me] & goji aims to provide healthy choices that are low in calories yet dense in nutrients.



Review
First of all, when I went online and tried to design my own cereal, I was very impressed by how easy and user-friendly [me] & goji’s website was. I started by clicking here. Once here, I was able to select ingredients I liked and added them to my ‘bowl’. If I changed my mind about an ingredient, I was easily able to drop it into their ‘[compost] & goji bin’. Finally, on the right hand side of the page, I was able to view the nutritional information of my cereal and give it a personalized name. At the bottom of the cereal capsule (which your [me] & goji cereal will be shipping in), it keeps a running total of the cost of your cereal as you add in different ingredients. This is perfect for helping you stay on a budget.

Finally came time to submit my personalized cereal. I called my personalized cereal Fruit & Nut Granola and added the following ingredients: Organic Corn Flakes, Granola (organic oats, honey, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, sesame, cashews, pumpkin seeds, coconut, wheat, walnuts, vanilla, sea salt), Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Cranberry, Coconut, Almond and Cashew…all my favorites!

When my [me] & goji cereal capsule arrived in the mail, I couldn’t wait to try it! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the cereal capsule; it was much larger than I thought it was going to be. I was definitely looking forward to trying a cereal that was 100% customized for me and contained no artificial ingredients or preservatives. When I tried it for the first time, I was very happy. I loved the flavors and I liked that even though it had no added sugar, it was still sweet because of the fruit I added. The thing I enjoyed most about [me] & goji is that they allowed me to create a cereal unlike any other I could find in a store; I liked that! This company is a true example of catering entirely to the customer!

Overall, I would suggest this company to anyone. Not only is the process great because it allows you to get exactly what you want, but it is also a lot of fun!
