Zehn Naturals Review & Giveaway

Zehn Naturals is a wonderful eco-friendly company that specializes in fashion for the whole family, natural baby products, plus gifts. All of their products are completely 100% organic. One great thing about Zehn Naturals is that they are dedicated to helping the environment and people in need. They have a program called Corporate Giving that works on donating 10% of their pretax profits to “benefit education, arts, healthcare, and the environment”. So far, their Corporate Giving program has helped organizations such as Trees for the Future, Speed Trust of India, and Multicultural Village, Inc.

The owners of Zehn Naturals offered to send me one of their 100% Certified organic t-shirts in my choice of style. The shirt I received was the ‘Just Wish’ tee (to the right you will see a picture of me wearing the tee shirt). When I told Tiea which shirt I was interested in, she explained that their shirts are made 'a bit on the small side' and to order one size larger than I normally take. I am usually a size large but received an extra large (following Tiea's suggestion). The size was perfect (this doesn’t usually happen very often when I order things online). Even after washing it (in hot water just to test it out, although it is not recommended), the size was still pretty much the same. The only thing that shrunk a bit after washing it was the length, by about 1”. However, it is still completely wearable. One suggestion I have is to state somewhere on their order page that their sizes are a small fit. There is nothing worse than ordering something online, receiving it, but not being able to wear it because it is too small. I think it would be great if they had a sizing chart somewhere on their site, but unfortunately, they do not (yet at least).

First, I was very happy when I opened up the package and saw that the shirt looked almost exactly how I expected it to. One thing I did notice was that there was a difference in color between the two pictures that showcase the 'Just a Wish' tee shirt. The picture that shows the model wearing the tee shirt compared to the picture that shows a close up of the design appears to be two different colors. This might cause confusion as to which color you would actually receive. The color I received was an exact match to the picture that shows a close up of the design (taupe). The tee shirt in the picture with the model looks a bit lighter and almost like an ivory type color.

The quality of the shirt seems to be very good. The softness of the fabric makes it extremely comfortable to wear. Plus, every time the shirt comes out the dryer, it is just as soft as when I first received it. In terms of wear and tear, I have washed and worn the shirt about 4 times now, it still seems to be holding up quite well, and looks like it will for quite awhile.

Finally, I am very happy with the shirt I received; I actually wish I had a few more of them (in different styles of course). I love that Zehn Naturals has a wide range of reasonably priced items for the whole family and that everything in their store is 100% organic. Also, I think it is wonderful that they offer many original and fun designs that would appeal to a wide range of people. However, on the flip side, I do wish they had more long-sleeved items or sweaters (especially now with winter quickly approaching). They do have hoodies for men, but nothing similar for women. Another thing I would love to see is a variety of colors to choose from for each of their items. I am crossing my fingers that this is something they will do in the future.

UPDATE: Tiea just notified me of something new Zehn Naturals is doing with their newest tee shirts. They will now be tag free/tagless! Great news!
