Scribble It Review & Giveaway!

Now a days, everyone seems to be looking for ways to make a custom statement on their walls. And it seems, just recently, that vinyl wall art has become all the rage! I started looking around for some unique pieces of vinyl wall art to put up in various rooms in my home when I came across a store called Scribble It. I first found Scribble It through Etsy, but then discovered that they have a complete online store that is dedicated to their vinyl art.

The best thing about Scribble It is that the owner (Cammi) loves to work with her customers to make custom designs. On her store website, you will find a wide variety of Original Scribbles to choose from. In addition, if you look at the Quotes page, you will see a huge list of quotes that can be made into wall art. Even though the list is extensive, there is always a chance that your favorite quote may not be listed. In that case, all you have to do is send Cammi an email stating which quote you would like and she’d be delighted to create it for you. For all of the vinyl pieces that are text, they are available in approximately 80 different fonts. As if it couldn’t get any better, she also allows you to pick from a whole pile of different colors.

When you visit Scribble It, you can find a photo gallery of various pieces that Cammi has created. Some of custom pieces include car logos/advertisements, lettering for storefronts, lettering for a reception sign and of course, lots of wall art! You can even find on her main page a wide variety of decals to help make decorating your pumpkin for Halloween, that much easier!

Review
I was lucky enough to receive a wall decal of my choice from Scribble It to test out for myself. The wall decal that I chose was Live Simply, Give More, Expect Less. When I received it, I was impressed first of all with the care Cammi took to package and ship the item. I received my wall decal in a shipping tube which ensured that the wall decal wouldn't be damaged before it got to me. I was also happy that the decal I received looked exactly like I thought it would, according to her website.

Then came the time to try and apply this piece of vinyl wall art to my wall. I went to http://scribbleitonline.com/and selected the subtitle 'Product Information', which allowed me to view step by step instructions on how to apply my wall art. When I first tried to apply the wall art to my wall, I became a bit frusterated because I was having a hard time understanding exactly what certain statements in the instructions were implying (I am more of a visual person. Pictures in the instructions probably would have helped). Luckily, my boyfriend stepped in and offered to help me out. Finally, we figured it out together. Once we figured out what to do and got started, it was a breeze. From start to finish, I'd say the application of the wall art took approximately 5 minutes. Once it was up, I thought it looked fabulous. Even better than I thought it would. The vinyl seemed to be quite strong and it looks like it will last a really long time. I am extremely happy with the piece I received from Scribble It and I would definitely order from there again.
